Geometric Accuracy Measuring Instrument for Axes of Rotation – Spindle Analyzer

1. Detection principle

According to the ISO230-7 standard, iRED is equipped with a high-precision standard target head at the end of the
rotary axis and rotating with the rotary axis. A high-precision capacitive displacement sensor is installed around the
target head to measure the amount of displacement corresponding to the rotation of the rotary axis. It is a nano-scale
high-precision equipment. It is widely used in machine spindle measurement, air flotation turntable measurement,
mechanical turntable, grinding machine milling machine and other equipment measurement.

iRED is a true rotary error measurement, non-contact measurement with nano-meter accuracy up to 60,000 rpm. The error separation technology is applied to avoid the roundness error of the rod itself and the misjudgment caused by the eccentricity of the rod installation.

iRED solves the problem that has always existed with traditional metering.
